The apartment features a very cozy living room with two generous sofas, perfect for reading, relaxing, or watching TV on less sunny days.
Wi-Fi and TV are available. The adjacent dining area in the covered balcony niche offers a lovely view of the garden. From here, you can step out onto a small but charming south-facing balcony with pleasant afternoon sun.
The cozy bedroom is made of ancient wood and is furnished with a new, high-quality double bed (160 × 200 cm, two mattresses at 80 × 200 cm).

The modern kitchen features an oven, induction cooktop, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available. A small breakfast table completes the cozy kitchenette.
The shower and toilet are newly designed, with a spacious and well-lit washbasin area.
The apartment includes a cozy shared garden with barbecue area, shared with the second holiday apartment, while still offering plenty of space for everyone.

Yes, all accommodations are equipped with both a raclette oven and a fondue burner so that groups can cook together without any additional preparation.
The Allegra group accommodation and the small Rosmarie vacation apartment are equipped with Nespresso machines, while the Schwendihütte is equipped with a Bialetti or mocha pot for the stove. Capsules or coffee must be brought along.
Check-in is possible between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out at the Schwendihütte and Allegra is at 11:00 a.m., and at the Rosmarie at 10:00 a.m.
Yes, depending on occupancy, earlier check-in or later check-out can be booked on request. However, we can only confirm this definitively two to three days before arrival. Each additional hour will be charged at CHF 30 (to be paid in cash on site).
Duvets are provided if you rent a linen package or bring your own duvet covers. For hygiene reasons, the duvets cannot be used without covers.
At the Schwendihütte, music is permitted outside until midnight and inside with the windows closed without any time restrictions. At the Allegra, the volume must be kept at an appropriate level after midnight.
Two high chairs and two cribs are available and must be reserved in advance when booking.
All kitchens are fully equipped and designed for the maximum number of guests.
No, the outdoor seating area is not covered.
Groceries and fresh bread from the local bakery can be purchased at the village shop in Habkern, about two kilometers away. Further shopping opportunities are available in Interlaken.
There are four parking spaces available for the Schwendihütte and the Allegra, and one parking space for the Rosmarie. Additional parking spaces can be requested in advance if required.
The accommodations can be reached via a narrow but well-maintained paved road. In winter, the access road is cleared regularly and is passable right up to the house.
Guests can either bring their own linen or rent a linen package for CHF 15 per person. If you bring your own linen, you must bring a fitted sheet, a pillowcase, and a sleeping bag or duvet cover. At Rosmarie, linen is already included in the price.
For hygiene reasons, guests are not permitted to carry out the final cleaning themselves. The accommodation must be left swept clean; thorough cleaning will be carried out by the Maiezyt team.
Upon early request and for at least two consecutive mornings, breakfast can be organized for groups, provided that the team's capacity allows it.
Dinner is not currently offered. However, groups can easily cook for themselves or use the surrounding restaurants.
Yes. There is a regular bus service from Interlaken to Habkern. From the bus stop in the village, it is about two kilometers to the accommodation, which must be covered on foot.
Yes, the Allegra group apartment in particular is ideal for meetings or team events thanks to its large lounge area. Presentation equipment such as projectors can be brought along and used without any problems. The Hofbeizli can also be booked as an additional room.
